An unfavorable review can be damaging for any business, so the bar’s owner responded. He explained why arriving at a one-star review was a bit unfair considering the reviewer’s reasons.

The Yelper was looking for a quiet place to have a drink with friends. However, dive bars are known for being cheap and rowdy.
